If you ordered the wrong products or changed your mind in the meantime, we have an awesome 30 days return policy. The only conditions for returns are that the products are returned in their original packaging and have not been used. As long as those conditions are met, you can return a product completely free of fees, excluding the shipping cost.

As soon as the issue was settled with one of our employees, the refund process begins. This can take up to 10 working days, depending on which payment method you used with your order.
Yes you can, as long as it meets the conditions we mentioned above. However, we try to avoid this as much as possible so you can get the perfect fit for your bike and not go through the hassle of returning it. (bikes come in big boxes that are hard to carry around)
